Meet your host, Milli
Milli Taylor is a chef and caterer with years of experience coaxing the best flavour out of every ingredient. She loves nothing more than cooking over fire, making sure everyone gets the crispy bit of the fish, and encouraging that final swipe of sauce from the pan.
Hospitality is at the centre of everything Milli does. Whether she’s cooking for two or two hundred, her focus is always the same: making people feel looked after, well fed, and completely at ease.
45 years ago, Milli’s parents began transforming a derelict farm into what is now Rancho del Inglés - a place full of history, character, and charm. Splitting her time between London and Málaga, Milli hosted the first Sobremesa in the Summer of 2025 and is excited to open the Rancho gates again, get the team back together and welcome you to the table.
Meet the guest chefs
Nicola Lamb
Nicola Lamb is a pastry chef, writer and baking obsessive. Having spent years training in kitchens and bakeries in London and New York, she loves figuring out ways to make pastry accessible (and fun!) for all. Whether she’s making croissants or a meringue plinth, her baking is always rooted in technique. Nicola is passionate about teaching the details way that feels fun, relaxed, and totally achievable, as well as making sure you eat LOTS and LOTS of dessert.
Jordon King
Jordon a London-based chef, food writer and recipe developer with a deep love for Mediterranean cooking and pasta in all its forms. After spending several years cooking and travelling through kitchens in London, Italy and France, he’s built a quietly encyclopaedic understanding of regional food traditions - the kind that shows up in instinctive seasoning, thoughtful simplicity, and dishes that feel both comforting and considered. Jordon’s cooking is generous, ingredient-led and designed to be shared, with a talent for turning kitchen know-how into food that feels achievable, unfussy, and just very good to eat.
